ThrivingCampus: Finding an off campus therapist
The 咨询中心 has partnered with ThrivingCampus to make it easier for students to learn more about community mental health providers and access treatment off-campus and in many other states. Free Transportation to Off Campus Mental Health Care
感谢一位匿名捐赠者, UCC is able to provide Lyft passes for students to access off campus mental health care. Students simply need to call UCC (585-275-3113), ask for the Transportation Request form to be added to their UHSConnect account, 填写表格, submit it at least three days before their appointment. 两个码, each good for a round trip to an appointment, will be provided through their UHSConnect account.
